The owners had to be asked several times to return the security deposit! They would not return it unless asked! I´ve received the money later than they promise in the conditions of one stay and a received a different amount from what I had paid! That is outragous.

Lovely bright apartment. Great facilities and in a lovely area.

The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable. If that is to be the main bed in the apartment then I’d suggest a proper one or a comfier sofa bed at least.

Very clean, well organized apartment with good air condition, big kitchen and nice bathroom. Nice neighborhood, close to LX factory, half way between Belem and the city center. It's possible to find a free parking spot in a walking distance.

The bed was not comfortable, an actual bed would be much nicer than a couch.

we don't like problems with deposit, because my mother and her friend should wait on the street while deposit will be withdrawn, thanks God, not rain at this day I advice to take it when person inside

Neighborhood was fantastic. I walked everywhere. I felt so comfortable. The studio was pretty spacious and was well stocked. Very clean!

You only have a pull out couch to sleep on. I had to get used to the geel. As incredibly clean as the place is, I was surprised at some stains on the arms of the couch.

A friendly and caring host provided all the necessary information upon arrival at the apartment and helped with a convenient option for getting from the airport to the accommodation. We were greeted and shared information about places worth visiting in Lisbon, some of those listed were not designated as popular tourist destinations, but since they were located nearby, we decided to see them. We enjoyed these places and were glad to add them to our list of impressions. The apartment was clean, with a good view, a comfortable sofa, enough appliances, and good working wifi.

Apartment was lovely very modern, check in was lovely even though our flight was delayed, everything was explained very well, bed slightly as it is just a sofa bed and the shower drain was so blocked with hair and detritus that we had to clean it ourselves or the bathroom would have flooded when we showered
