This is the second time i am staying in this property and have decided not to stay anymore. Reason being that the front office staffs are all pretty new and they are very slow. They need someone senior to be with them and keep coaching them. I have sent an email and have sent two reminders and still no response. I am emailed frontdesk.chrome@theaccordhotels.com for an explanation to why my credit card has been charged around INR 4000 when i have settled all my bills through cash. Very poor service.

It was one of the most Wonderful Stay I had with the amazing Staff of Mona Kumari , Sobitha , Noor , Sai Mouli , Anjana , Alwin who made sure that I was most comfortable there and ensured everything was well prepared and very much relaxed during my stay . Of course I have to also compliment their leadership of Partiban who has developed such a Amazing Hands on team .
