Excellent bed & breakfast hotel, spacious rooms and fully equipped. Free parking in front of hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Really value for money at this place.

We booked a family room for 2 adults and 3 children. The room was spacious with double storey space. The beds and comforter were soft and comfortable. The property was tastefully decorated to give a cosy homely atmosphere. The staff on duty Parker was very friendly and greeted us when we checked in. The coffee machine and chilled drinks at the lobby were complimentary. For those with hunger pangs at night, there were cup noodles available for free at the lobby. Very thoughtful service! We appreciated that the staff helped us change our towels and cleared the garbage daily. The breakfast was made in-house and the individually-plated breakfast was wholesomely good. We had a memorable stay here while in Hualien. Highly recommend this place for large family looking for a homely stay.

It'd be good if there was a washing machine at this property. We had to bring our laundry to the BnB opposite (same owner) to use the washing machine.

Stacy is very helpful and friendly. She help us call taxi when we go city and to the train station. When we told her we be taking early train. She arrange for our breakfast packed so we can eat on the train.
