Localização excelente, mesmo perto da gran via. Perto de otimos cafe para pequeno almoco bem como otimos restaurantes para refeiçao. A pouca distancia de metro e autocarro

tres tres mauvaise organisation de réception. La personne qui devait me recevoir m a demandé au moins 5 fois quand arrivez vous . Quand je suis arrivé elle avait envoyé une amie qui ne savait meme pas parler espagnol. Cela a ete tres difficile . Ensuite aucune explication sur le fonctionnement de l appart. . S il y avait un chauffage qui marchait et bien il devait etre bien bas je me suis gelé.Laxrelation avec les responsable n est pas bonne en plus ils sont plusieurs on ne ait jamais a qui on a a faire

Estaba siempre limpio y con una una ubicación excelente. La chica que me recibió fue súper amable. Pero si llegas entre las ocho de la tarde y las diez te cobran un suplemento de 15 euros, y a partir de las diez, 40 euros. No solo lo considero excesivo, si no que abusivo.

El colchón, horrible. De esos que te hundes y te cuesta salí de él del tobogán que crea. Pasé 5 noches, a la segunda ya estaba completamente hundido en la parte que dormía, y peso 55kg. Ah! Y las sartenes no se cambian desde la guerra civil, menos mal que había una olla.

Great flat with all the amenities one need. The location was excellent - just one block of the Grand Via, and walking distance from most places like the Royal Palace, shops, restaurants and more.

The mattrass was a bit worn. We fell to the middle. But not too bad. The rest was as expected.

Struttura molto pulita e staff accogliente, situata proprio nel centro di Madrid, con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

The room was clean and big, the bathroom and kitchen were clean. The location was very good near the main street and all the facilities.

Just little point because when I booked they mentioned to call a number so the person can come and open the door. I was calling the number but no one answered and I stayed in the street very stressed for 20 min .... Then someone called me back and apparently they were contacting by WhatsApp while I donot have WhatsApp.
