Exceptional apartment in all aspects. We stayed here for 5 nights, at the end of June 25. Orhan, who manages the letting, arranged to meet us outside the apartment so he could hand over keys and show us the apartment. The apartment was absolutely spotlessly clean and tidy, perfectly furnished, very spacious and has lots of natural light. The kitchen is well equipted with washing up liquid and dish cloths, plus a great washing machine (that we used a couple of times), plus for convenience there are some refreshments (chocolate, bottled water, beer etc) in the room available to buy. There were some tea bags and laundry tablets which I think were left by previous guests, so worth taking your own. There are also shoe horns, clothes brush, umbrellas and clothes horse / airier available to use. The bathroom is spacious and has a great shower over the bath. There was hand soap, shower gel and shampoo. Both beds were very comfy. There is no construction work in place on the apartment which I believe a previous review mentioned. The apartment truly is in the perfect location and is right outside St Peters church. There was street noise late into the night / early hours (suggest taking ear plugs) but the apartment is right in the middle of city so unavoidable. To us it was about Location Location Location. On our last day, Orhan kindly arranged for us to leave our cases in the apartment and collect later in the afternoon. Orhan is the perfect host and extremely knowledgeable about the city and country. Our only regret is not to have taken a city tour with Orhan. Next time..... We highly recommend this apartment without any hesitation. It ticks all the boxes and some.

The ad isn't an exaggeration: the apartment is right next to St. Peter's Church! (Photo shows view from kitchen window.) It is centrally located for full access to all of Old Town. It's about 800 meters from the coach and train station and very close to Rimi grocery store. The apartment has lots of windows and light. It's very spacious, with a full kitchen and large living room and main bedroom. The 2nd bedroom was great for our teenager. Orhan was a gracious, helpful host. He responded to queries quickly and helped me figure out where to buy a random electronic gadget I needed.

Note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor & there is no elevator. This was not a problem for us, but take this into consideration if you are mobility-impaired. If you are a really light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs or sleep with the windows closed. The apartment is in the heart of Old Town, so people are out & about at all hours.

Location, location, location! 100m from bus stop for airport, ideally placed for Old Town access, and right above a hidden gem of a bar/restaurant
