Clean, good location

Poor noise isolation, and sometimes there's no hot water. I’ve attached the water schedule

Extremely noisy, feels like you are sleeping in the middle of the road Hot water available only during certain hours The bathroom is flooded after 5-10 minutes of taking shower, so you need to turn off the water and wait to continue washing. And they claim that this is how it supposed to work

Lovely hotel! Rooms was ok, big size and cheap price! And to our surprise we discovered a japanese resturant and coctail bar on the 4th floor of the hotel! Great resturant and amazing drinks! Recommend the signature drinks. It is not advertised enough! Hidden gem on 4th floor!

13:15頃にホテルに到着し、ロビーで少し待たされ14:00丁度に部屋に入る事が出来ました。1階のお部屋でしたが事前に写真で見た通りお洒落な作りでお部屋自体は清潔でした。ただ入った時点でシャワールームが少し不快な匂いがしたのが気になりました。この時点で部屋を2階に変えて貰うべきでした。以下不快だった点を書き上げます。 ・毎晩夜中に10分ほど下水の酷い匂いががする ・幹線道路沿いなので一晩中車の音がうるさい ・プールの時間が決められてないので夜遅くまで複数人で遊ぶ声がしてうるさい ・昼間突然部屋の外で工事が始まり、2日間30分程酷い騒音に悩まされた ・宿泊中生理になり不注意でシーツを血をで汚してしまったのだが、チェックアウト時に100バーツを請求された シーツの汚れに対する請求はタイでは普通の事なのかもしれませんが、自国ではまずあり得ない事なのでちょっと納得できる内容ではありませんでした（故意なら兎も角、自前のタオルまでひいて寝ていたのにできてしまったシミなので）また、どのようなシステムなのかは分かりませんが毎晩部屋に漂ってくる強烈な下水の匂いは耐え難いものでした。セントラルフェスティバルに歩いて行ける距離との事で選んだホテルでしたが今後は使わないと思います。

Songs of Japanese restaurant at The 4th Floor was too loud even the door was closed After the restaurant was closed, when clearing and closing, staffs are very noisy

Very nice and clean. Good pool. Nice big room. Good value for money.

Modern, comfortable ans clean room Nice swimming pool

Lot of noise, big road just in front of the hotel all day, night. Towel furniture as at the end they may tell you a towel is missing and want to charge you even if it is their mistake.. Location not so good
