Nice and friendly staff, BUT - It was totally impossible to sleep! The cheap doors which even had a gap to the frame made all the noise leak through. There were actually no difference between having it closed or opened. You could here everything they said in the lobby and the firedoor which was going up and down all the time made a higher slam than my wakeup bell at home. I came there to relax over the weekend but ended up beeing totally worn out instead. NEVER AGAIN !

Extra welcoming and kind staff! My room was very comfortable and clean. All Hamburg attractions are at easy and quick reach by bus and S-Bahn.

The staff were super friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious and the contact before the trip was great. We were arriving after reception would be closed and we were given really good instructions how to find our way

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean and well-kept. It was almost silent in my room despite being close to a main road, because the rooms faced away from the road into a shared courtyard. The only unusual thing is that there wasn't a kettle to make coffee or tea in the room itself, although I imagine the staff would have provided one had I asked. Accessibility, as you would imagine from the hotel's description, was exceptional.

Clean, safe and quiet.

Breakfast was a little basic but adequate.
