The place's cleanliness exceeded my expectation considering its price.

At first, I was a bit discouraged that the triple room I booked at booking.com wasn't the one reserved at the property. However, the frontdesk clerk went out of her way and made an effort to make us stay in the triple room as what was booked in the website. Also, the aircondition isn't so cold.

The location is strategically located to the places we ought to go...

I liked the location and there is a coffee/resto on the first floor. However it opens at 10am. The sheets are indeed clean. The room and toilet are also clean. I liked the veranda as well. The TV was working but the remotes were not functioning well especially for changing channels. We later found out that it was better to press the buttons on the box instead. Overall, it was a good experience, we might book again in the future.

I disliked the location of the beds and the air conditioning placement. The settings do not seem to match the display. It felt either too hot or too cold because the fan cannot be turned off?

Old facilities needs to get renovated Saw cacroaches in the rooms. Disgusting.

The facilities in the bathroom are not that clean.

The price is very reasonable and the right place if on a budget. You need to balance expectations with cost. Yes, I would stay here again, the neighbors is safe and convenient to SM.

Water coming out is black/muddy and shower head is so dirty with mold and ants all over the bathroom area.
