"Breakfast staff were superb! "

Loved the details from the old swimming pool building, around the hotel. Loved the details such as the beautiful coffee cups. Staff in the breakfast buffet were absolutely amazing <3 Breakfast buffet was huge and much home made - the breakfast selection felt very much like something from a 5* luxury resort. Parked the car around the hotel on a public parking spot - ended up paying 40 SEK for the night for the car. A lot closed on Sundays in Ystad - little Coop in walking distance from the hotel. Roof top drinks were expensive even for Sweden, but view was good.

Das Hotel war überbucht. Unsere Buchung war intern falsch bearbeitet worden und somit nicht registriert. Wir mussten unseren Urlaub am 28.07.25 somit überraschend beenden und die Rückreise auf eigene Kosten nach Deutschland antreten. Bis heute habe wir auf unsere Schadenersatzansprüche weder von Booking-com noch vom Hotel eine Rückmeldung bzw. Erstattung erhalten. Wir schalten nunmehr einen Anwalt ein.
