Daniel Motel

床很舒服，不過被子滿單薄的 浴缸底部有些鏽蝕

This is a good motel in Xinying, right near the freeway interchange. Each unit has the car garage downstairs and the unit itself directly above. The room was very spacious and clean, everything worked as it should, the bed was super comfy. I didn't have much to do with the staff, but they were always polite and helpful. Nice, but basic, breakfast each morning

There's not a whole lot of food options nearby. It's more on the outskirts of Xinying, so not a lot to do in the area. It's a base for exploring, not a destination in itself.

Cigarette smoke smell pervasive. Spent as much time out walking, only returning to sleep. Our clothes still smell of it. Only paved driveway exterior, no garden space or beauty. Strictly a place to sleep.Too many glowing light fixtures in the room that disturb sleep.

The motel is good for the price. The staffs were amazing. Entry to the motel is carefully guarded. But it is farther out from all the restaurants in the city central which would be around 25 min of walking distance. There is a family mart about 5 minutes of walk. It is very difficult to get an Uber or yellow taxi in front of the hotel. Unless you have local 55688 taxi app and even that is a bit difficult during downtime. Overall the motel is ok. Needs updating. But the owner is working on the updating one room at a time. Good space in the rooms and good bathroom space as well.
