4 bedrooms - all roomy 2 bathrooms - one is an en-suite & quite large. the other one was quite small & tight 2 bedrooms & the main area had AC & the other 2 rooms did not - personally was okay with this as they had large windows Great area, especially if you are looking for a more diverse community Owners contact you through WhatsApp, did personally have issues with them not responding during the trip but any issues were solved after figuring it out (using the stove specifically)

Stains on ceilings plus bathrooms smelt of drains. Also the apartment was not ready at 4pm when we arrived

The apartment was in a quiet location within walking distance to attractions

There was no lift in the property and quite a few stair which we had to carry our suitcases up. on Arrival the person that met us to let us in wasn't very friendly but maybe this was a language barrier. the apartment was OK but there were stains on the ceiling in the longe area and in the second bathroom and light fittings were hanging off, the apartment needs some TLC. Apart from that it was clean and comfortable. I would also suggest that the host put in some guides for local attractions things to do as this would help for people visiting Lisbon for the first time.

Everything except the water damage was according to the pictures.

Some water damage on the roof of the living room and sofa, also one of the bathrooms was closed.
