Tocamos 10 minutos a la puerta y nadie abría. Hablé por teléfono al número de contacto y tampoco nadie constestaba. Finalmente se acerca a la puerta un español malhumorado diciendo "me dejaron solo, osea que tienen que esperar". Luego al llevarnos a la habitación (reservé la más cara para 4 personas) NO estaba hecha la 2a cama y respondió "y yo que quiere que haga, no soy la camarera") Jamás en mis 53 años había recibido tan pésimo trato en un alojamiento premium. vamos ni en los más chafitas te tratan así. Sobra decir que ante tal actitud nos fuimos del hotel y nos quedamos en el hotel de al lado (mitad de precio y con un servicio de clase mundial!)

Los apartamentos muy bonitos

El aire acondicionado de la sala tiraba mucha agua, estaba tapado el dren

La vista al lago es muy bonita, los jardines muy bien cuidados y la alberca de hidromasaje se disfruta mucho. El apartamento superior es muy cómodo y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia placentera. El personal es muy amable y los precios del restaurante son accesibles.

La temperatura del agua de la alberca principal es muy fría. Hay muchos insectos como es normal en hoteles ubicados en áreas naturales pero se debe considerar porqué estás en constante convivencia con ellos.

El masaje relajante es un 100, la atención y los detalles en las habitaciones, la decoración y las instalaciones en general muy bien.

El agua fría de la alberca general . Y el hidromasaje de las piletas no funcionaron y creo que el agua debería esta un poco más caliente en las piletas.

Gorgeous place on the lake, very tranquil and comfortable stay

The property has alot of potential, but you need a lamp at night just to walk around, they turn all lights off feels like a Horror movie inside the hotel.

The property was locked when We arrved at 10:20 pm it took 45 minutes to finally be greated by a guy who did not know anything, he looked like ge was drunk and the place was super dark

What I like about this property was the location and that it’s gated which I felt safe which is was really important to us. The consent of the property it’s good very nice garden, pool, it’s right by the lake great views. This property can be what they show if their pictures and Unfortunately they about that too. Fake pictures!

The price I paid was not worth it at all!!! The room it’s not what they show on the pictures!! Rooms have some many issues like many scratches on wall and furniture, constantly running out not hot water, really bad and uncomfortable beds and when it rains it leaks!! We woke up one morning to a wet mattress and when ask to change it all they did to flip it over, went out for Breakfast and when we came back they have move our personal belongings to the living room with out asking. The pool water was very slimy and it smelt very bad, the Jacuzzi water same horrible slimy hot water that has been sitting for years and with a lot of ants crawling around it. At reception staff were not friendly at all and not willing to accommodate after mentioning that we have been traveling all night and wanting to rest only because you don’t look a certain way and especially because we were a gay couple. We felt very uncomfortable and constantly got those kind of looks.. We had to stayed the whole stay only because we were not going pay for another hotel specifically when we have spent a lot of money there. Would love a Refund for what we went through.
