Harbour Scene

Location was superb. Loved the food from the fishmonger's opposite the flat

Garage is (as warned) a little tight. Big SUVs would struggle to get in but my Suzuki S-Cross fitted in OK.

It was perfectly located, being near the harbour.

Comfortable and spacious. Couldn't find garage but used one that had no number on it, no problem at all. Close to all you need

The apartment is massive, even the corridors. Lovely view of the harbour and close to lots of shops and restaurants. Everything you could need was there.

The balcony was very dirty and flooded on arrival, so we cleaned it

The parking is great, the flat is huge! The location is great. Really enjoyed the stay.

We could not vacuum, the Henry vacuum gave off a very intoxicating ammonia smell, real shame. Please fix that! The flat could have been cleaner, the light fittings were caked in dust and just needed a good clean. Could not find the wifi hub on any of our devices.

Location was excellent. Opposite beach and harbour. Very spacious accommodation. Car park space available in a garage.

Not particularly quiet. It was very warm and we had the windows open so could hear seagulls and cars as the accommodation is on the corner of a busy road. Duvets were supplied but as it was very warm, sheets would have been preferential. The kitchen was dated and in need of a very good deep clean. We had to wash saucepans, cups etc which were dirty on our arrival. Had to descale kettle too due to large clumps of scale falling out. Alot of dust on open cupboards and food and dirt on floor between appliances. Shame because a good clean would have sorted all this out. Balcony door and handle would also benefit from a good clean. Would be careful leaving anything on the balcony because if it rains, dirt slides off the neighbouring roof onto the balcony and leaves muddy deposits. Obviously this can't be helped. We tried to sweep alot of this away after recent flash floods so it wouldn't build up.

Excellent location, lovely view, in the heart of everything, reserved parking in a very difficult location, good access to local business and attractions, great spacious flat.

nothing really, a bonus would have been a washing machine to a dishwasher in the kitchen.
