Topcamp in Union Lido

Der Check in verlief zügig und beinahe reibungslos. entdeckte Fehler bzw. Defekte wurden sofort behoben. Klimaanlage ist sehr leise und kühlt gut. Reinigungskräfte arbeiten sehr gründlich. Mitarbeiter sehr nett und sprechen mehrere Sprachen zum Teil sogar fließend Deutsch. Alles in allen ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Die Parklücken sind ein wirklich kniffeliges Unding und mit großen Autos praktisch nicht nutzbar. Die Wohnfläche könnte besser genutzt werden (Bidet ist mir persönlich überflüssig dafür ist das Schlafzimmer so eng das man nur seitwärts laufen kann).... alles in allem sehr schön und gut aber rechtfertigt leider den hohen Preis nicht. Teilweise werden die Unterkünfte nicht vollständig überprüft. Bei uns fehlte der duschkopf das tv Kabel und der Mülleimer waren defekt.(wurde auf Nachfrage sofort behoben.)

one personal ID document must be on reception (no other solution) / the lady who was responsible for our accommodation was not very pleasant (individual fault) / dust under the beds (the only place to put empty luggage) / accommodation for larger people could be quite cramped

The facilities at Union Lido were very clean and well organised. The ablution areas were very large and kept clean all day and there were many of them. The beach was a short walk from the mobile home and there were plenty of swimming pools to choose from. Having shopping and restaurants on site with plenty of choice. The spa is an extra charge but worth it. The mobile home we stayed in was clean and had mosquito nets on the windows. The three bed mobile home was good for 4 adults, it was great to have two bathrooms. There were lovely clean blankets sealed in plastic bags.

The beds were very basic camping beds and there wasn't a lot of space to get out of bed, change in the bedroom or store luggage. (The bathroom was big enough to change in) The wifi was useless, that didn't really bother us as we had roaming. Having to go and rent sheets and towels from the laundry that was closing as we arrived, if we were a few minutes later we would have had to sleep on bare beds.

Top Camp is located in Union Lido and all the fun activities that Union Lido offers can be used. The kitchen was well equiped and the stove top was working really good. The fridge hat a good size to fit food for a family and cool water. Tthe outside patio was basic but nice.

For the prize, the accomodation, was very basic. The bedrooms were very small as well as the dining area in the property. The bathroom only offered two hoocks for hanging the towels, even though it is meant for four guests. Besides the covered outside sitting area, There was no space for hanging cloth or placing a stroller. Because after a while, the item was covered with bird's-poo from the trees. The furniture in the outside area was very basic and there were no cusions for the lounge chairs of the chairs around the table.
