We booked this hotel and our reservation was confirmed without any issue and we were fully charged. When we arrived with our teenagers, the hotel refused to honour our booking and would not let us check in. No prior warning, no mention of any restriction at the time of booking — just a flat refusal at the door with our luggage in hand. The director didn't even have the decency to come and speak to us in person. She dealt with the whole situation over the phone through reception, which tells you everything about how much this hotel values its guests. No empathy, no attempt to find a solution. She simply had us thrown out. We had no choice but to call the police, who attended the scene. We have filed a formal complaint and will be pursuing this matter in court. When we asked for a refund, she refused. Let that sink in: they kept our money AND the room and threw four guests out into the street — guests who had paid in full for a two-night stay. We were forced to scramble for alternative accommodation at the last minute — thankfully we managed to find another hotel, but at additional cost out of our own pocket. So not only did we lose what we paid here, we had to pay again elsewhere. This hotel does not care about its guests. Its only concern is money — your money, which it will happily take and keep even when it gives you nothing in return. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and dishonest. Save yourself the experience and book somewhere else. Reservamos este hotel y nuestra reserva fue confirmada sin ningún problema. Al llegar con nuestros hijos adolescentes, el hotel se negó a respetar nuestra reserva y no nos permitió hacer el check-in. Sin aviso previo, sin mención alguna de ninguna restricción en el momento de la reserva — simplemente un rechazo en la puerta con las maletas en la mano. La directora ni siquiera tuvo la deferencia de venir a hablar con nosotros en persona. Gestionó toda la situación por teléfono a través de recepción, lo cual dice todo sobre cuánto valora este hotel a sus huéspedes. Ninguna empatía, ningún intento de buscar una solución. Simplemente nos echó. No nos quedó más remedio que llamar a la policía, que se personó en el lugar. Hemos interpuesto una reclamación formal y llevaremos este asunto a los tribunales. Cuando pedimos el reembolso, se negó. Que quede claro: se quedaron con nuestro dinero y con la habitación, y echaron a la calle a cuatro huéspedes que habían pagado íntegramente una estancia de dos noches. Nos vimos obligados a buscar alojamiento alternativo a última hora — afortunadamente encontramos otro hotel, pero con un coste adicional de nuestro propio bolsillo. Así que no solo perdimos lo que pagamos aquí, sino que tuvimos que volver a pagar en otro sitio. A este hotel no le importan sus huéspedes. Su única preocupación es el dinero — tu dinero, que cobrará encantado y se quedará aunque no te dé nada a cambio. Impresentable, irrespetuoso y deshonesto. Ahórrate el disgusto y reserva en otro sitio.

Appartement confortable et propre. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Elche à pied. Personnel attentionné et efficace.

Un peu difficile de régler la température de la douche. Sinon tout était parfait.
