Hotel Boutique Hort de Nal

Ein außergewöhnliches kleines Hotel in luxuriöser Villa mit einem wunderschönen Garten. Toller Pool. Das Grundstück liegt noch im Palmeral und es sind nur ein paar Gehminuten in den Ort. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Ein Ort zum Genießen.

Location and pool area was lovely. Room was clean but hotel has focused on style rather than getting the basics correct.

The hotel was like a ghost hotel. There was only ever one staff member on at any one time. No one in kitchen or restaurant. States there is a minibar - but this is actually an honesty bar in the hall. There is no fridge in the room to store water or drinks. There was no kettle in the room to make tea. Had to get lukewarm water from the coffee machine downstairs. Stated there was an iron - but couldn't find one. The WiFi only worked at the door to our room. When actually in the room there was no WiFi. We reported this on our first night but nothing was done about it. So we had to pay for extra data on our phones during our stay. The safe in the room also was locked shut and this was reported. We were meant to get a text with the the code but again never got it. The shower was just a handheld shower as the hose didn't reach the connection on the wall to allow you to stand under it. The car park was full of rubbish and was like waste ground. More like a B&B without the breakfast - rather than a hotel.

Todo ha sido estupendo! Te sientes muy mimada por todos, son muy amables. Las instalaciones de 10, ideal si buscas relajarte un poquito.

This hotel is in a great spot for exploring town. There is on site free parking. The beds are great and the pool looked beautiful. We would highly recommend this place.

Well, I did like the gold taps, but I struggled a bit with directions to turn. That might not be the taps fault :-)
