La habitación muy bonita, cómoda y confortable. El aseo espectacular. Daniela la anfitriona muy amable.

La ducha tenía un escape y el agua se salía bastante. La información para el check in bastante deficiente. Llegamos y no sabíamos donde timbrar. Alguien que iba a entrar nos dejó entrar al edificio y cuando llegamos al piso manifestamos nuestra inconformidad con Daniela quien nos manifestó que podríamos haber llamado por teléfono. Eso no es lo correcto y dificulta la llegada. Era solo dar un código de entrada al edificio. Este es un proceso que en general debe ser mejorado por los anfitriones e inclusive por Booking, máxime en los sitios donde no hay recepción.

Camera molto bella, moderna, pulitissima e curata nei minimi dettagli. Posizione ottima e ambiente tranquillo. I proprietari sono stati davvero fantastici: gentili, disponibili, accoglienti e sempre pronti ad aiutare per qualsiasi esigenza. Mi sono sentito come a casa.

Nulla da segnalare, il soggiorno è stato perfetto.

民宿老闆娘和老闆非常親切，一入住就和我們介紹附近的餐廳和交通！房間內的小冰箱還附有免費的飲料和水。走到火車站差不多5-8分鐘，非常推薦！

Ubicación: a 5 min caminando de la estación central de La Spezia, perfecto para visitar Cinque Terre Anfitriones: son una pareja maravillosa, dan unas excelentes recomendaciones, incluso me ayudaron a reservar en un restaurante porque no tenía línea italiana. Limpieza: todos los días, impecable Tiene aire acondicionado

The property was close to the train station & the centre of vibrant La Spezia. Daniela & Stefano provided lots of information about the area which was a great help, especially with visiting the Cinque Terra & local restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We aren’t ones to leave reviews but we had the most wonderful stay here and it only felt right. Daniela and her husband were absolutely wonderful. Daniela took time to send lots of recommendations across beforehand and her husband met us at the property when we arrived. He was so helpful. He spent time explaining everything to us and showing us points of interest on maps. They were absolutely faultless and a pleasure to meet, they’ve definitely found their calling! The property was wonderful - perfectly located and clean.
