L’accueil par Daniela et son frère qui sont d’une gentillesse incroyable ! La chambre est grande , très propre avec des petites attentions. Il y a 4 chambres seulement ce qui fait que c’est calme malgré l’emplacement sur le rond point! Acces à 2 pas de la gare de la Spezia vous permettant d’aller visiter les Cinq terres. L’emplacement est donc parfait! Et Daniela est toujours disponible pour vous.

Le petit déjeuner à prendre dans un café en face = 1 croissant/1cafe et un jus d’orange. Petit bémol pour moi qui adore les petits déjeuners dans les hôtels .

Abbiamo usufruito solo del bar di fronte per la colazione, ma tutto sommato buona. la posizione eccellente sia per parcheggio prenotato e sia per chi arrivasse in treno. ti trovi nella zona pedonabile

La habitación muy comoda. Al lado de la estación del tren para recorrer los pueblos de Cinque Terra. Los anfitriones muy amables, nos aportaron toda la información de lugares para visitar. Todo correcto y muy limpio.

Our hosts were fantastic very friendly, helpful and responsive. I am very fussy with cleaning and I felt that our rooms were thoroughly cleaned. I loved the mini bar. We thought that was very thoughtful and it was a really nice touch. We also really liked the Christmas decorations, they made the room feel homely. The beds were comfortable. Our stay was very pleasant and we would totally recommend.

There were noisy people outside in the street. The restaurants close around 11 and that is when the noise quiets down. My wife didn’t like the smelly perfume in the bathroom. She gets allergies and it made her sneeze and cough a lot. There was also one in the hallway as you enter. The fragrance was too strong.
