Chaos oder Unfähigkeit und für Gast zusätzlicher Zeitaufwand, bis endlich Gästekarte erhalten . Die hilfsbereiten Feen des Touristen Point haben dies schliesslich erledigt , obwohl dies anscheinend Hotel lückenlos hätte erledigen müssen!! @@ Keine Infos, dass Bauarbeiten im Haus! @@ TV funktioniert in diversen Zimmern nicht—> keine Info! Reaktion : grosse Überraschung und : „jetzt haben Sie halt ein Zimmer ohne Fernseher🙄“(komisch , schon bei viel älteren Rezensionen drin !🤔) @@ Preis/Leistung stimmt gar nicht. @@ Kulanz für fehlende Leistungen (ehrliche Informationen !! ) muss man deutlich einfordern; sonst würde lächelnd darüber hinweggesehen. Selbst bei Zusage von Forderungen ist Info lückenhaft. Es sollen nur 10% vom Preis OHNE Frühstück erstattet werden- weshalb? Inakzeptabel! Erstattung auch nach einer Woche noch nicht erhalten. Bucht jemand per Telefon, geht das ganz fix und Gast an Rezeption kann warten. Das ist nicht korrekt. @@ Sehr intransparent! Alles kam nicht so ehrlich rüber! Das bin ich mir von Schweizer Hotels gar nicht gewohnt.

die Lage war schön zentral, da alles noch im Umbau war ,war es nicht sehr gemütlich. Dennoch hatte es alles was man brauchte.
