My stay at The Quarters on Spring was a great experience overall. The communication with the hosts was excellent, making check-in and any questions I had a breeze. The space was clean, though not spotless, and a few minor maintenance issues stood out—a broken picture frame, and a non-working lightbulb on one of the bedside lamps. The property itself could use a bit of upkeep, but it was still comfortable. The biggest downside was the noise from outside, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Despite these minor drawbacks, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it for those who value great communication and overall comfort.

"Cute & Cozy ❤️"

8.0

We got engaged in this town, so this accomodation will have a very special place in our hearts. It was SO cute and cozy, location was perfect, the way the apartment was decorated was beautiful 🥹Other than that, we LOVED it. The bed is so comfy too. Thankyou very much for having us 🥰

The only downside, was the room @ night was very bright and noisy from the street corner. We had to sleep with eye masks + ear plugs haha! It was no big deal. We LOVED it.

"Despite the shower water being cold, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

8.0

The size of the suite far exceeded my expectations. I honestly wish I had booked for two days instead of one so I could enjoy the space more. I immediately fell in love with the large shower. The two waterfall showerheads were *chefs kiss*. The attendant on duty came outside to help my locate building when I got lost and couldn't find. He did not hesitant to help my carry my luggage upstairs.

The water in the shower did not stay long at all. Talking maybe 20 minutes before it turned cold. Which was not good since there were two of us and we were trying to get ready for New Year's event. Had to turn off the shower for about an hour to let water warm up.

"Disappointing"

Finding where to park at night was not easy. And when i called, the lady who answered the phone sent us to the wrong place. Took us almost a good hour to find exactly where to park. The signs are really hard to see at night

This property is absolutely amazing for the price! For everyone saying the noise was a problem, has not ever lived in the city. We slept just fine and we everything was great! Great kitchen and shower and rooms. We definitely want to stay here again.

"Decent rental with big caveats"

5.0

It was clean, in a fairly good location (not center of downtown/historic district, but within an easy drive or Lyft), and building has some charm.

This particular studio is an attic unit right under the roof. Not recommended for taller travelers (over, say 5’-10”). There are many stair to the studio. Also you dont have climate-control (no thermostat) in the unit- but are subject to the whims of the units below. My first night was very cold(no forced air) next night was overly warm, and finally night chilly again, with the downstairs tenant turning the a/c on, despite it being an evening in the low 50’s. Also, despite there being a full galley kitchen, there’s no furniture to sit at & enjoy a meal or snack, so you have a couple of tiny bean bags to eat on the floor.. lol

The pin code to enter your room is the same for all of the other rooms. So every other guest at the hotel has access to your room. When I arrived an employee told me the code to my room. His description of where my room was located was confusing. I unwittingly went to the wrong room and typed in my code. I thought to myself, "this must be my room since the code worked." But it was not my room and was already inhabited by someone else. I tried the room next door. It also was not my room and it was also inhabited by someone else. The other guests were mortified that I had the code to their rooms. I immediately went down to the desk to alert the employee that all the rooms had the same code. When I checked in he assured me that he would be there a while longer to answer any questions I had. But when I came down to tell him about the room codes all being the same, he was already gone for the day. I called the hotel phone number and no one answered. I returned to my room and it smelled bad. I spent the night worried about the fact that complete strangers had access to my room while I was sleeping. I barricaded the door with whatever I could find. But I did not feel safe.

We loved the room (pink one); however, it was quite loud. Luckily my white noise app did the trick.
