Staff were flexible. Allowed me to change room to be on other side from construction next door which reduced the noise to a non issue. Room clean. With bathroom door and balcony door closed mosquitos couldn’t enter. Not many around compared to some places with lots of dead water around. Comfortable bed and shower. Quite adequate. Good location for laid back Pererenan. Nice cafes and convenience store in walking distance (4 minutes or more). Staff very responsive.

I had to move twice to get the side of the building I was looking for but I got it after a couple of days. No gym but that common in the area not to have one.

the room is big and clean! i like the big working area for chilling and the location is quiet.

there is a funky smell in the toilet but i guess it’s normal as i recognize the smell in also other places.

Great place to stay! Beautiful pool and grounds, comfortable room, perfect location - away from any noise yet close to everything.

The showers could be updated.

Clean and everything was managed well. Beds are super comfortable and everything about the property is peaceful and quiet.
