Very nice staff, helpful, polite and positive. Big bed, clean room, nice pool, awesome garden, lovely rice field view, well equipped kitchen.

The staff and the owners make you feel that you are entering their home, hence very hospitable.

In the beginning, I was placed in a very inconvenient room. However, the owners honoured my request and moved me to a more convenient room. The kitchen facility and utensils are not always kept clean. So, the kitchen all in all is not convenient at all.

Upon arrival I noticed that bed sheets had stains all over and asked to get them changed. When a member of the staff was changing sheets I noticed that the pillows, mattress and quilt were of horrible condition, they were yellow, black and grey at the same time, something that belongs in the trash and not in a hotel! It was revolting and disgusting. I asked if they could bring another set, and of course they didn’t have a spare set.

Amazing garden and pool, calm peaceful place with yoga space connected where there is classes multiple times per day (for a charge).

I didn't have any hot water in my Bungalow and cleaning wasn't perfect (but it rarely is in anywhere in Bali).
