Localização e simpatia dos funcionários.

É um hotel antigo e que não recebeu manutenção devida. As instalações do quarto (510) estão desgastadas, o chuveiro oxidado e não sai água na direção correta (apesar de quente). TV e internet são ruins, imagem ruim e conexão lenta. Café é suficiente, sucos não pareciam ser naturais. O papel higiênico é muito ruim, parece papel reciclado fininho que se desfaz.
