JAZ Soma Beach

The staff here was super friendly. Khaled who surprised my girlfriend on her birthday, the cleaning people, the restaurant staff, all were lovely! Also the food was very good and varied enough to be able to try new things every day. We had a lovely time.

The staff of the Hotel is something else! They are always getting feedback from guests during the day, talking to us and doing whatever is possible to make our experience the most confortable. Special thanks to Khaled and Nassir, who were always in contact to make sure my experience was good since the first minute.

Furniture at the room was quite old and I noticed that the room was not fully clean when I entered - maybe because of the constant sand and Wind. But it was not something that made my experrience less good.

The personal is great specially Khaled. He was always ready to provide us the best service. The hotel rooms are clean, the cleaning crew is very good. The food was delicious, we tried but specialty ( Egyptian and Italian) and the food did not disappoint, good quality of products, great taste and terrific presentation of dishes
