NO está preparado para soportar altas temperaturas. Era inhabitable. Cuando llegamos estaba abierta la ventana superior y hacia un calor horrible. Preguntamos en recepción si podían abrir las ventanas que hay en el pasillo, para hacer corriente, nos dijeron que no porque entraban mosquitos. Teníamos contratadas 4 noches, solo nos quedamos una porque no se podía estar del calor que hacía. Nos quejamos en recepción y se desentendieron de nosotros por completo. Hemos puesto una reclamación y no nos devuelven nada. DESACONSEJAMOS alojarse aquí en verano ya que es inhabitable y además hay mosquitos 😕

Friendly staff: the broken airco in our room was quickly replaced. Good location. Nice to be able to prep own food: electric stove, water boiler, fridge, cooking utencils, and all you need.

La ducha perdía agua y se inundaba el lavabo. Almohadas un poco incómodas y las sabanas del sofa cama estaban viejas

La chambre est très moderne et toute neuve! La literie est très confortable et la salle de bains 🤩 L’emplacement est idéal! En plein centre! Parfait pour tout faire à pieds

C’est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas la climatisation. Le personnel indique qu’il y a un ventilateur dans l’armoire mais ce n’était pas le cas

The location.

It was a huge building with hundreds of rooms giving zero hospitality rather than business oriented vibes. They ask for 50 euros deposit in case there are some damages caused and then you enter the room, the sink is blocked, no AC and no fan under 35 degrees. The floor was not cleaned at all from previous guests. The main bed was also a couch bed and mattress. And at the meantime extra charge for a 1 year old!

They gave us a room from hell Rm.023. We are 3pax, we checked in right on time.They gave us a room SO HOT that it seemed like the heat was coming from the ground plus the hot weather and no air conditioning (all rooms has no aircon, tho its stated in their info)did not help too. But the worse thing is, they knew that this room was HOT not warm but scorchingly HOT and they only have one small tube fan for the whole room, and they still sell it. It seemed that the room is just right above the immersion area. Also, its with a disabled shower, where you cant actually move the chair when ur showering, none of us are disabled and of course we didnt request it. The staff only shrugged their shoulder when we made the complaint at the reception. As if they are not keen to make your stay comfortable. When we came back to the room in the evening, when we opened the door ,the heat was too intense as if we are walking in into an oven, that we felt the need to transfer. That one particular night receptionist was kind enough to give us a room at the attic, cuz we dont think we will be able to sleep in Rm 023. Its just a one night stay but it was traumatizingly memorable. NEVER AGAIN!

Le parking très mal indiqué et très difficile d’accès vu l’étroitesse du passage … Mieux vaut posséder une Smart !!!

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und konnten unsere Fahrräder sicher im Innenhof abstellen. Der Weg zum Zimmer war kurz und wir hatten ein großes Zimmer. Ein Problem mit der Heizung konnte schnell gelöst werden.

Die Heizung war bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur voll aufgedreht und heizte den Raum zusätzlich auf.
