Das Zimmer war ausreichend, der Ausblick nicht besonders. Das Frühstück war teuer, aber eine reichhaltige Auswahl.

Ich habe Probleme mit großen, steifen Kopfkissen. Hätte um etwas anderes gebeten, wäre ich länger geblieben. Ich musste das Hotel ziemlich lange suchen, obgleich es gleich gegenüber vom Bahnhof liegt. Der Name war nicht gleich zu sehen, nur das große Restaurant "Charlie". Und der Eingang war nur durch das Restaurant möglich! Der Kaffeeautomat bietet eine große Auswahl, aber der Kaffee schmeckt nicht besonders!

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und die Lage war perfekt.

Freundliches Personal, frische Speisen und schönes Frühstücksbuffet.

Ein etwas warmes Bier, Grund jedoch bekannt. Kann passieren. Sei nicht schlimm!

Good location. The room was clean. I booked a double and my room was relatively large. Great, helpful staff. The room was quiet even though it looked out over Bahnhofplatz. And I was able to open the windows.

Bathroom amenities were very basic; I think the hand soap and shower gel were the same. For 4 stars I would have expected tea and coffee making facilities in the room. It's not the fault of the hotel, but trying to use Google maps around the hotel to get to the car park behind the hotel while navigating Bahnhofplatz was a bit of a challenge.

Leider war das Restaurant des Hotels wegen einer geschlossenen Veranstaltung komplett ausgebucht, nichts für Hotelgäste.
