Club Cortile Resort

Cuando entramos al apartamento nos dimos cuenta que el sofa cama está roto, en la mesa del comedor hay una copa de cristal estillada, el apartamento tiene polvo y basura de personas que se han quedado ahí en todas las habitaciones, mala comunicación de parte de Acohomevaccation con seguridad ellos ni sabían de nosotros y nunca nos dejaban entrar a pesar de que seguiamos todas las instrucciones, muchos malos ratos y hasta nos hicieron perder el tiempo es una mala eleccion para vacacionar.

Very clean and as pictured. Communication was lacking with property manager both before trip and during. They only had my ID on file so it made getting into the complex difficult with three cars. Location was great for disney. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Would stay again if not for the communication issues.

This property was so hard to get access too when you left and returned it was at least 15 mins before they let you back in. It has no cable, WiFi or ice maker in the rooms. I had a repair gut come to say he needed to call someone else who never can do feel I need a partial refund.

Not as advertised. Refrigerator leaking huge amounts of water, dangerous. Overall dirty but the a/c filer was terrible. We had to buy one and install it. Most of us leave with an allergy. The a/c unit was not in a good cleaning conditions. No response from Expedia about our complaint. First and last time booking through Expedia.

I didn’t like the outside set up And the fact that the office was closed

So I stayed at this resort on July 1-6 2020 and the resort is Beautiful BUT the problem that we had was there was no one to contact incase there was anything wrong with the property. When we first arrived it took the longest for the property to send me the proper information so that I can enter where I was staying. On top of that The main bathroom that was at the house the sink kept leaking and there was no hot water in the shower. The living room tv did no work at all and we also saw about 3 roaches within the entire time staying there.(which I killed) While all of this was happening at the property I tried calling the number that was provided and I emailed the email that was given and didn’t get a response at all. They even told us that the pool was gonna be open on the 1st of July & that wasn’t true.(I’m sure due to COVID) Besides all of these minor issues the property itself was awesome and majority of the neighbors were friendly and didn’t mind loud music.

Everything is fine, only there were difficulties with registration of passage to the resort terrain.

I was not aware the property was in a neighborhood community when it says "resort" in the title. Also communication was horrible. Although the apartment itself was very clean and well decorated I will not being staying here again.

Convenient location, the unit has just been remodeled and while it needs a couple of finishing touches, it is well done and comfortable. It is like a brand new unit as the remodel was extensive. This is a condo complex and not necessarily a vacation complex. There is a pool and hot tub (both are nice) but it is not a resort property which was fine with us as we wanted a base of operation. The beds were great, all very comfortable and was sufficiently equipped and the unit is in a good central location. The rental company is a little different to deal with and requires a lot of information sent to them. Their communication is so so. Overall I highly recommend this place.
