Kars Atapark Boutique Hotel

Resepsiyondaki beyefendi çok ilgiliydi. Motorumu otelin kapalı alanına aldı. Oda ve banyo temizdi. Kahvaltıda yeterli seçenek sunuluyor. Minibarda bir şey yok ama su ve sıcak içecek ikram ediyorlar. Otel Fethiye camiine çok yakın. Kale ve çevresindeki yerleri gezmek istiyorsanız biraz yürümeniz lazım. Yine tercih ederdim.

Wir waren zu viert , vier Nächte in dieser Unterkunft. Hatten zwei Zimmer .Erster Eindruck, schön und gepflegt. Das Erwachen dann in den Zimmern !!! Sauberkeit wird nicht groß geschrieben ! Im Badezimmer , überall Kalk , keine Spur davon das in den Zimmern gründlich sauber gemacht wurde..in diesen vier Nächten wurde nicht einmal das Zimmer von uns gereinigt auf Anfrage bekamen wir dann mal Klopapier & Handtücher.. der Aufzug müsste auch mal durch einen Check.. man kann diese Unterkunft anreisen wenn man wirklich keine andere Möglichkeit hat.

Kars'in tam merkezinde harika bir konumda. Hemen karşısında ucretsiz otopark var.Yepyeni pırıl pırıl,tertemiz bir otel. Eşim, oglum ve annemle konakladik. Odalar ziyadesiyle geniş, yatak cok rahat, carsaflar, yastiklar tertemiz. Kahvaltisi yeterli. Patatesli böreği cok sevdim. Resepsiyonda Yiğit Bey' e guleryuzu, profesyonel yaklaşımı, naifliģi ve nezaketi icin cok cok tesekkur ederim. Tekrar tekrar geleceğiz.

Great people, great hotel. Basic but good quality. I enjoyed it for two days.

It was a wonderful experience to stay at this hotel .it was clean comfortable and very peaceful and front desk manager Mr ishaq was very nice person and very helpful and nice receptionist Zelda is really a busy body .I would love to stay there again if got the chance

Yeni açılan bir otel olduğundan bazı eksiklikleri var ama genel olarak oda ve banyo temizdi, çalışanlar ilgiliydi.

Pros: * Frontdesk staff Halil and Selda were courteous and helpful. Hope you'll continue the excellent job that you're doing. * Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. I had a good view from my room which was the stadium. Cons: * Front office manager Isak was invasive of my privacy.    • Upon check-in, Isak asked me if I was interested to visit Ani. I said, "Yes." He then proceeded to offer his friend's services. I politely turned the offer down. When I returned to my room on that same night however, without my permission, he sent his friend to my room to offer his transportation services. I told Isak that what he did was wrong; and he needed to stop doing it.    • For reference, Isak's transpo quote: TL 150; taxis outside: TL 100    • Isak was pushing so hard for me to have dinner at the hotel restaurant ONLY. * My room had no complimentary bottled water, tea, coffee, etc. When I borrowed a kettle water heater, there was none. If I needed coffee/tea, I had to request from the frontdesk by either messaging them via Whatsapp or personally going to the reception. There was no telephone in the room. * I was not able to connect to the wifi on the first night. Halil from the frontdesk was very helpful though; but there was an issue with the wifi itself. I was able to connect the next morning.
