Wonderful host, she was very supportive. My flight were cancelled, had to be booked into other flights. She was checking on me through out and ensured that when I land they are ready for me. Hospitality at its best, thank you! 🙏

Unfortunately there isn't any positive feedback to add about Travetel O.R. Tambo Airport :(

The staff weren't very helpful, friendly or welcoming. The room wasn't clean. There weren't any guest amenities. The area felt unsafe. They experienced multiple power failures in one day

The staff was pleasant and helpful, The breakfast was good

The lights in the room. The ceiling lights needs additional bulbs especially for those who are visually impaired
