Gratamente me complace informar que nuestra estancia fue una muy grata experiencia.. Todo el personal muy amable y profesional, además el hotel está muy bonito, limpio y moderno. De los alimentos muy sabrosos y con gran variedad en el Bufette.. Quiero hacer mencion especial al personal del comedor, con un 100 de caificacion, asi cono al personal del Lobby :)

La atención del personal. Había solicitado si había forma de solicitar un late check out y me comentaron que no había forma. Una persona otra habitación lo solicitó más tarde y si se lo dieron (no teniendo concordancia que según no se podía por saturación del hotel). Además de que la forma de decirnos que no se podía fue un poco descortés

We stayed there for our wedding. It was nearby and it made sense to be all together in the same space very close to the church and reception. We got a free upgrade to a wonderful room, the concierge was very nice and helpful. The buffet is well served and the pool is great, although a bit cold. The elevator works with your key, so you only have access to your floor which can be problematic when you are staying with friends, but very safe otherwise. The views are spectacular. There are a couple of restaurants nearby, within walking distance (Sushi Roll is just outside, Le Pain Quotidian), bakeries and a pharmacy.

Sometimes the staff could be a bit aloof. Not my case, but some members of my party were not treated as well as we were.
