The reception staff was consistently professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful, and the location and pool area are very pleasant.

Basic hotel operations and sound insulation were poor, with repeated service failures that were only addressed after complaints rather than being prevented.

Ubicación

The facilities are incredible, extremely clean and comfortable. The staff is the best, especially the restaurant team—amazing and professional people—as well as the room service staff. The hotel has an excellent rating.

Parking is a bit tricky, but easy to access.

El buffet

Qué el piso elite no tenía ningún servicio extra. Ni aperitivos ni nada. Sólo agua, pero un dispensador con agua con fruta ni siquiera botellita de agua en el cuarto. Lo cual para cobrar una tarifa superior no se me hizo acordé.
