Casa Rosales Hotel

I loved my stay here. The staff were all very friendly and made my first visit to latin America so memorable. Carlos was wonderful and a real credit to the hotel. His English was good, and his willingness and patience to suffer my Spanish was appreciated! The hotel is in a quiet location and whilst the immediate area around it could be described as lacking in restaurants etc., with uber rides being so cheap, that didnt matter. The rooms were large and whilst simply furnished were comfortable. When travelling I prefer to not pay for facilities I wont use, and so the Casa Rosales was perfect for me. I am already planning a return trip to Medellin and would have no hesitation in staying here again.

I love this place, is safe, walkable, cozy atmosphere, staff is friendly… love this place… my room view was espectacular! NOTE: no ac in any of the units, however with the windows open and the fan on I didn’t need it, its gets cools at night(I visit during the last week of August)

The room was very spacious and comfortable for our big family. We didn’t like that there was no AC in our room and it was very HOT since it was the top floor; the fans were not enough. Everybody was SOOO nice there, great service, and the breakfast was delicious. Will definitely come back.

This is our 4th stay at Rosales. Very clean and comortable. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Convenient to Mall shopping and Good food court. Manager and staff agreeable and very helpful to guests. Breakfast served very nice a simple, tasty deysayuno. When i visit Medellin...Casa Rosales is home.

Great value for your Buck. All you need is in this property: free breakfast, safe neighborhood, awesome water pressure and temperature for the showers. Great fro short stays imo

Totally comfortable. The management is excellent. Assisted me in obtaining necessary exit documents. Great neighborhood within walking distance of a mall and supermarket. This was my 3rd multiday stay at Rosales. Thank you for providing me a home away from home.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The hotel is in a safe neighborhood and in a very private and quaint setting. The hotel is simply a gem and when you add Carlos the manager's kindness and professionalism this is the place you want to consider when coming to Medellín. Staff is wonderful, and the complimentary breakfast is just what you need to get you going. Thanks, Carlos, to you and your staff for making our trip to Medellín an enjoyable one. The property did not have good wifi and it just did not have that cozy feeling. Location not the best in terms of restaurant choices; however quiet. The staff was nice.

Oh, how I love this quaint little neighborhood hotel in Belen located adjacent to the beautiful and peaceful Belen Park. It is a terrific location, close to everything you need, and it is quiet, clean, comfortable, fantastic and super friendly staff, and they even have a delicious breakfast! If you are not sure where to stay during in your visit to Medellin, you cannot go wrong with this place. I will definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks to Alejandro and all the other fine staff! You are the best! Sincerely.

El staff fue muy amable y muy dispuesto, siempre limpia la habitación y áreas comunes. Agua caliente y abundante y muy buena señal de internet. Todo super agradable.
