"Frence Hospitality"

On the way trough Europe I found the B and B place in Nancy where the reception was closed at 16.00 when I came. There was a checkin machine outside where you could pay with creditcard and get a code for the room. That did not work... so I waited one hour for the reception to open. Then the French receptionist couldn't acces the system and I waited another 20 min. There was no smile or "I'm sorry" from and I feld the famous "Frence hospitality" right there... Do not recoment this place at all..

"MECONTENTEMENT RECEPTION"

Très mécontent car à notre arrivée à 13 h 45 je n'ai pas pu accéder à notre chambre. "réservation non trouvée" Appel la personne me dit qu'il faut attendre 14 h alors que sur la confirmation de réservation j'avais 12 h. A 14 h 05 nouvelle tentative "réservation non trouvée" Nouvel appel. Tout d'abord la personne met en doute mes capacités à saisir un code !!! Après une attente elle me communique un nouveau numéro mais qui ne fonctionne pas. Elle nous dit d'attendre et qu'une personne arrive. Cette personne qui était sur place cherche sur son ordinateur et ne nous trouve pas !!!! Finalement elle finit par trouver et il est déjà 14 h 30 !!!

"Goed hotel niet twijfelen gewoon reserveren."

Het was maar voor 1 nacht op terug weg naar Nederland. Schoon netjes heerlijke bedden. Ja het is klein maar je slaapt er alleen. Ontbijt was ok niet veel variatie maar genoeg wat je nodig hebt.
