Joli cadre, piscine sympa, personnel attentionné. Chambre spacieuse, hôtel très bien situé

Lumière naturelle dans la chambre, salle de bain vétuste (l’eau ne s’évacuait pas bien), manque de mobilier pour se détendre autour de la piscine !

Cercana al centro Merida, un poco descuidada y vieja

Staff attention was excellent. Good breakfast. Room was spacious.

The owner Alejandro and the staff were so nice, helpful when needed, always respectful and with the best attitude. Close to many plazas, restaurants, museums, shopping and other nice places just walking, no need for busses or taxis. It includes hot breakfast: fruit, bread, coffee, orange juice and a selection of eggs, omelettes or chilaquiles. Definitely we will return.

Hair dryer would be a plus in the room

-Breakfast options were limited but filling. -Room was spacious with all the expected amenities. -Staff were friendly, professional and welcoming. -Location was convenient with easily walkable access to the Historic Centro.

-Tv signal unstable.

Location, staff and recommendations for restaurants, tours, etc. from the owner/manager were all excellent.

Only one minor thing would have made it better - a mat for when you step out of the shower. :-)
