Spacious apartment, great appliances, views of lions head & table mountain. location is great, take the elevator down and you right by a coffee shop.

extremely noisy & weed smoking neighbours in ajacent property (house) which affected the ambiene the whole weekened. the apartment wasn't cleaned well, it is disgusting to see hairs of previous guests everywhere, dirty bins, dirty bathrooms, dirty towels etc when paying premium rate for an apartment, one would expect the basics to be handled. the main shower leaks terribly, so we could not use it. no mop to dry up...

Good location and modern clean accommodation.

The beds are comfortable but the wooden bases of the beds stick out beyond the mattresses and are dangerous. Our friend tore his leg on the edge in the middle of the night.

Basement parking with a car lift. Apartment was clean and very private. The doorman were very friendly and helpful

The key collection process was not great and the remote did not work when i arrived.

Very poorly maintained. No instructions on how to use appliances. No response to questions once we had checked in. Main bedroom - en suite bathroom needs maintenance - leaking shower panel, bath plug will not hold the water in the bath; hand shower not working; if the bedroom door closes you cannot open it from inside the bedroom ………… Kitchen : door fell off sink unit when we opened it (we were advised that it would be fixed on Monday - not done) door facade is about to fall off dishwasher;
