The design was great. I liked the little balcony. The host was great and very helpful. Had a lot of products in the kitchen. (coffee, tea, biscuits, toast, gem, water, beer, milk, etc) The kitchen was quite stocked. (food, snacks and also utensils) In the mornings the birds were always chirping. Great neighbourhood. A lot of green vegetation.

Lovely room and bathroom, and nice to be able to sit out on balcony. Lots of supplies and snacks in kitchen. Very nice host. A lovely quiet area, though might be best suited for people who have been to bologna before (this was my 2nd visit), as it is a little bit of walk to center. Would stay again!

This place was great. From communication, to check-in, to the host, to cleanliness, everything went above and beyond my expectations. The neighborhood is residential and quiet. There are multiple supermarkets near you. You're about a 10 min walk to Santo Stefano gate. Would certainly recommend this place and I hope I get the chance to stay again!

Great place to stay, comfortable, clean, well furnished. Service was great. Owner was very helpful and took care of us ensuring not only replying but caring asking for any help or need we might have. Well located as well. Strongly suggested.

I liked the location, not in the very centre but walkable distance ( there is a bus if you don't want to walk). Very clean. I did not hear any noise from other rooms which was always the problem in the other hotels. Everything I needed was there. I stayed 4 nights in a single occupancy room and would be happy to stay there again if I ever went to Bolonia again. The host speaks English and is very helpful.
