We actually booked this place as a replacement for another place we were originally staying at. The original place was too small for our large luggages and was also not clean (to the usual standard I see in Japan). This room in comparison was huge and was able to accommodate our two huge luggages. We were only a couple so it was a lot of space for us but it would be perfect for a family. It was very clean and they have one free washer and dryer on the 3rd floor. You only have to purchase detergent at the front desk for ¥100. There weren't any staff at the front desk which made it a little difficult to make a request to call for a taxi or even purchase the laundry detergent. In our case, there was a staff member the night before that reserved a taxi for us for the next day. We understand it was an additional request but we really appreciate it as we didn't have a phone to use in Japan to call ourselves (we also didn't have the GO downloaded before coming to Japan).

The AC unit was loud and we had to wear ear plugs to sleep when it was on.

Love the atmosphere, like entering a spa, very peaceful. Showers were nice and big. For a small space, did still feel spacious with high ceilings. Smoking area available just before the entrance. Liked that at the lobby, they had spare necessities like towels, brushes, razors, toothbrushes, etc. Available parking was close too & a good cafe across the road to the left! Had cool shops near it too, and basketball court, skatepark, etc.

That we wanted a spare blanket, but they couldnt provide. That the laundry basket we had, had mould in it. Other than that, was all good.

Location, spacious, clean and great ammenities.

Slightly expensive (when we booked it) but its still worth it
