Spacious bedroom and toilet for our family of 5 pax. Great to have window with natural light and option to open for fresh air. Appreciated that hotel allowed us to store our luggage for a couple of hrs after check out so we could grab brunch before our train ride Pleasantly surprised that there was also a microwave!

Pillows were a bit soft

"Just a basic Airbnb with no services provided, all DIY mode."

No breakfast option, basically just like Airbnb with unmanned reception.

Since it’s unmanned operation with no human contact, will totally advise not to have any delivery if staying here as there is no one to attend the reception area.

Great location. Nice garden entrance.

Terrible view out the hotel window of a blank wall. There was mould all over the walls outside our room. The staff aren’t there much and don’t seem very friendly or welcoming.

Spacious room. Nice facade.

Staff claimed that there is free 52 parking lots for guests when in fact there was none. Toilet area is not separated from the basin area. WiFi is not stable at times.

The hotel & the room was so tidy & clean, & also modern (no receptionist wich is good). Me & my family are so excited.

"Excellent value for money stay."

Central location near Osu Shotengai. Room was very spacious for the 4 of us too. Fuss free self check in and self check out. With change of towels everyday. Washing machine and dryer though shared was free for use.

Map provided at reception introducing eats around the area not easy to understand for non Japanese.
