Nothing. Staff couldn’t check me in for ages cos the main lady went for dinner. When i finally got a room it was shocking, only went to toilet and the little leaver flush broke off. Different curtains hold by string. Insect in the bed. Looked unclean and uncomfortable. Never stayed, went out and found another great hotel near by.

Just about everything. My booking said breakfast included but at check in said no breakfast.

The bedroom was fine

The bathroom needs improvement. (There was no warm water for the shower and the toilet was broken).

Basically, just the price. And even that wasn't enough to keep me there.

Oh, let's see: No hot water in the room, and the toilet didn't work and had to be manually flushed like a squat toilet. The whole thing smelled of piss. They said there was breakfast included but there wasn't. You had to buy it at the cafe for 3k. Even all of that I could forgive, if it wasn't for the owner. Let me talk about the owner: Initially helped me get my passport back after I left it on the bus, but then gradually degenerated into an @$$hole. I gratefully offered to pay for gas for taking me to go get the passport--mind you, it could not have cost more than a liter, if that, and I paid for lunch and beers for us. He asked for twice as much. Then he had his buddy, a really pushy boat pilot, strong arm me into paying 45k for ONE person. No thank you. Then he told me to go get beers from the market, despite having a well-stocked fridge. No thank you, I'll buy yours. THEN, we went out for food, and he ordered whiskey, and had me pay for it. I did not offer to, he just assumed I would. I asked him for the money, and he literally--I kid you not--laughed. Suffice to say, he got not one kyat out of me after that. I've never been so insulted at a hotel anywhere. Go f*** yourself, Ko Zaw Zaw.

The food

Toilet was broken, no water in the room, not very clean

it’s a small guest house, the staff is amazing, helpfull and friendly. Expect the quality of want you pay. For me it was perfect. I was looking for, good location, friendly staff, and good price, and it’s what I got.

bathroom could be improved, but for me, it was ok.
