The only thing good there is the air cond…Feels cold

1) Toilet- no lock for toilet and the floor was so slippery…Toilet bowl was very dirty. Given soap only no other toiletries 2) bed- got cockroach on the bed and on the table. bed is fully dust and so sandy. Towel provided only 1. 3) Customer service very bad.No receptionist during check in..Taking a lot of time to check in. 4) The surrounding was very sound…even cannot sleep peacefully 5) TV not working..Remote is just given for a formality only…The battery on the remote already spoil long time ago I think…it was rusty

Its affordable

The facility for example doesnt have toothbrush, syampoo and towel. The towel also have stain on it. The bathroom smelly. Most hotel prepared such coffee 3 in 1, toothbrush and toothpaste and also syampoo and body soap. But this hotel doesnt have it. Hope this hotel can take noted in this problem.
