I liked the location which was close to where my daughter lives.

Extremely comfortable room with everything you could need, ample towels and shower gel etc, hair dryer, kettle. A well equipped kitchen and pleasant dining area for self catering.

I arrived after dark and the porch light wasn't working, I had to use my phone to see the code pad to enter, it took several attempts before I got it right. The light was fixed later that evening, but it was faulty again the 2nd night.

Good location near the town centre and docks. Can't rate the staff, because there were none - everything is online. Good views from the upper level room.

The room was small. And I mean small. Not just "no room to swing a cat", but no room for the cat!! The bathroom was even smaller - walk out to turn around and then walk back in! No room for two suitcases - open one at a time.

The location is prime and the self check-in and check-out process also make the stay very convenient. The heater was working well and the unlimited free supply of coffee and tea was also very lovely. Bed was comfortable and the overall structure of the room met my expectations.

The cleaning could be a bit more rigorous, as I saw some mold spots on the ceiling of both the bedroom and the ensuite bathroom.
