De nada, mal atendido, pessoa ignorante

A pousada se negou a nos atender, tive que procurar de última hora outra hospedagem, o dono me disse que só fazia check in até às 21hs e q eu cancelasse minha reserva, o que eu não consegui fazer, perdi esse dinheiro por ter tido problema na estrada e chegar às 22hs
