Hilton Garden Inn Camden Waterfront Philadelphia

I liked the room and the river view. Beds were comfortable. Shower was great!

At night, local teens and young adults turn the main road in front of the hotel into a race course! It is awful and the sounds from the motorbikes is horrible. We were on the 3rd floor. You need to complain to the city of Camden to stop that dangerous and noisy climate. Also, we ate at your restaurant 1 of the nights and even though it was 6 pm, you were out of many entrees. I don’t understand that. I was very disappointed by both issues above. As a Hilton Honors patron, I expect better from Hilton properties.

I booked a one-night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Camden, NJ for a concert and chose to book directly through the hotel expecting better service and flexibility. Unfortunately, the concert was canceled, and I immediately contacted the hotel to discuss my options. I was told the reservation was non-refundable and was directed to Priceline. After going through Priceline, they attempted to secure a refund but ultimately confirmed that the hotel refused to approve it. I then reached back out to the hotel and asked if they would at least consider a partial refund, allow a date change, or provide a credit for future use. Every single request was denied with no willingness to work with me at all. After over 10 years of staying at Hilton properties, this was by far the most disappointing customer service experience I’ve had. There was zero flexibility, zero understanding, and no effort to retain a loyal customer. Situations like this are exactly when customer service matters most—and this hotel completely failed. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this location be absolutely certain of their plans before booking. If anything changes, do not expect any accommodation or support. Based on this experience, I will be reconsidering future stays with Hilton brands.

Room smelled fresh and clean. Very quiet after 9pm..

The water street grill service was horrible. Waited over an hour before anyone even noticed us, never got to sit and eat. We just left.

Convenience to the concert venue.

The fact that you have to pay for parking and the ridiculous taxes they charge you, a NJ municipal tax, a NJ occupancy tax.

Tv didn't work

The room was super clean. The sheets were fantastic! Everything was wonderful. The bartender, the counter man and woman that helped me with my stay. I stayed St. Patrick's Day and enjoyed the tacos and margaritas.

There wasn't a bath tub. I was looking forward to a hot bath. Even packed my Dr. Tea's bath soap 😔
