Red Hawk Lodge by Summit County Mountain Retreats

It was helpful to get the directions texted to us. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The location was awesome. The space was clean and comfortable. We liked having access to hot tubs and games.

The room was very warm and we weren't able to lower the temperature very much. We couldn't find extra blankets for the pull-out bed. It was warm enough in the room that we didn't need them, but it would have been nice to have if necessary.

The unit was clean enough, the couch was so uncomfortable, the master bed was hard, windows were broken and unable to open. The master bathtub did not drain while showering. The unit is literally right next to the pool, our first night there were loud drunk people there that did not leave at the mandatory 10pm time.

It was Quint but Clean. No mention of the construction of a new building being built across from the building, so very noisy. No AC, or coffee and/or tea.

The Red Hawk Lodge was outstanding! Communication with the property was very easy and the quickly replied to questions. Great location and easy to walk to both dining options and activities. There is a lot of construction around the area but the noise was surprisingly minimal. The construction didn't negatively impact us.
