Roaches Smelly Clogged toilet Couldn’t cancel stay and receive a refund

The room upon entry was very clean and the amenities inside the room allowed us to feel as if we were inside a house. We did not appreciate however the fact that water was on the bathroom floor consistently and there was the awful strong smell of cigarette on every floor. I found it distasteful and disturbing that people were ALWAYS smoking. Also, I wish you could book for less than a week, the online booking does not allow it. Overall, a good stay.

It just so happened that y stay was during renovations of the parking lot so it was a little inconvenient for me being somewhat disabled

Jessica front desk employee took pictures of my daughter foodstamp card sold to someone in Chicago when in too our room with out permission when we first rented suite 118. Now we leave and came back rented suite 317 I was happy until she when in our room again took my black mild cijar from by the door ash in the room 317 and took pictures of ash and 3 small tiny crums Thc that my doctor prescribed on my kitchen table inside room at time and accuse me of smoke in the suite and I ask come with me so we can smell it together they say no and not return my deposit she was argumentative keep knock on my door 8 am in the morning she hate me for some reason and kick me out with my wife and daughter out at check out time she had a big metal. Sissiors in hand at the front desk like she wanna hit me with it plus she rent room for cash to alway no room but parking lot empty wired

Your staff all lil girls you have running you front desk sucks no professional steal your stuff and hate you for no reason at like what I explain to them don't make sense to them very slow people

What I saw online isn’t what I saw when I got there so I didn’t stay, it was almost impossible to get my refund to the point I had to seek help form the police. I believe there is a scam going on here.

I did not like anything I was stock I wish I could cancel my stay in there but well I not coming back ever

People make to much noise, People smoking all around the build and that smell get inside the room so bad

This staff is so unprofessional, can’t keep right record

The property was clean and quiet however i think house keeping should come at least twice per week
