InTown Suites Extended Stay Fort Lauderdale FL

I drove all yhe way to this hotel for m birthday to them canceling my booking without notice and me sleeping in my car in a rest stop.

It says they were remodeled rooms. No way they were remodeled cause the paint was peeling the baseboard was warped and coming off. The locks on door have been moved 3 times and the musty smell in room. I had to go buy a candle and light it. Toilet didn’t work properly had to hold handle down to flush. And half the outlets didn’t work. Very disappointed

The hotel stated that it had been remodeled, it wasn’t! The room had carpet in it still, pictures showed hardwood flooring. Bathroom were displayed

Great location quite and nice

My reservation was cancelled without notice. The front desk clerk was rude an unprofessional. She showed no empathy of the situation and never offered to help find another place for us to stay. She just didn’t care. Can you imagine being stranded in a place you know nothing about? I will never do business with them again. Nevertheless hotel.com was very kind to us and arranged for is to stay at another place which was awesome.
