We stayed in the 3 bedroom, ocean view apartment and it was amazing. The apartment was a good size, private pool and an a nice view of the ocean. Location wise, it is a little remote but the nearest town is a 10/15 minutes walk along the promenade and has all amenities. ATMs, supermarkets, restaurants etc. Maspalomas is a 15 minute taxi ride. Wifi was good and allowed streaming services to work fine (important with teenage daughters). Staff at Cordial where very friendly and helpful and made our stay very pleasant. All in all, highly recommend staying here. We loved it and will be coming back.

The ocean front rooms are perfection. The facilities in the hotel need improving and I believe they are it may be due to COVID restrictions and the hotel being new not everyone was open. The Bar was only open on our last day. The restaurant is lovely. In the rooms a few more comforts would make the experience better. Daily water for free as if we bought our own room service stopped giving us water. More toiletries should be provided for a luxury hotel / complex like this. Separate shampoo and conditioner and body wash. Perhaps refreshments and snacks at certain times of day just emphasising the customer care. Overall very pleased and feel this will only get better.

We stayed in 2 bedroom house ,it was clean and nice ,the location is remote and if you don't have a car will be a problem, the wifi was bad ,the staff was very nice ,they cleaned everyday the house and the pool .
