NOT the best experience. We stayed as a group of 2 separate adults which was part of a wider trip. Our short stay here was awful. We left tired and with back pain. Good things - location was good and close to the beach and shops. Sadly its ends there. Bad things - both beds were broken / lacked support. Not fit for the basic task of sleep. No mattress support left us sandwiched in the mattress at a 30 degree angle. Sleeping was impossible and resulted in back pain and discomfort. The rooms differ massively to the images online. The rooms are basic and in need of urgent updating. Shower / soap dispensers did not work. If I had known all of this beforehand I would not have booked. The widows also let in a lot of road noise making sleeping even more hard. Complaining was difficult as there is no one physically in attendance. This is the first time I have experienced a lack of basic facilities (Bed). I appreciate there will always be some small issues but a basic requirement should be a solid bed.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Customer service was terrible—calls were ignored or hung up, and staff were rude and unhelpful (couldn’t even get a clean towel). The room had zero privacy—the balcony faced directly into a neighbor’s window—and it was extremely loud all night, with no quiet until around 4 AM. On top of that, the listing was completely inaccurate. Not worth the price at all. Would not recommend.
