No TV- was told it was a hotel IHG issue. It was second stay at a holiday inn in 2 months with no TV working. The night stand in the room was broken with parts and panels laying on the floor. Also several USB ports did not work

USPeople at the desk was very friendly and kind.
The AC in my room worked when it wanted to. So my room was sorta uncomfortable for me to sleep in but delt with it. Also room 203 roght side of the AC on the carpet was a deep red stain in the floor looks like blood.
