Location is good. Walkable to the beach. The staffs are polite enough.

Cleanliness is not optimal. It's not too disgusting but I can see water stains everywhere at toilet. Some parts of the room are quite dusty. I had an issue with my room's toilet as the floor's slope is not properly done and causing water to be stagnant so we requested to switch room. Soundproofing is pretty bad as can hear loud noises all the time especially when the staffs are doing housekeeping in the nearby room.

In our opinion, the location is very strategic, especially for families with kids, as the beach is easily accessible and food options are conveniently nearby. The hotel is built in a great location, and from the outside it looks impressive—almost like a five-star property. However, the interior does not match that impression. There was visible fungus on the ceiling on Level 2 along the way to the room, and once the lift doors opened, the overall atmosphere felt somewhat disappointing. We have stayed here twice already, but unfortunately, the maintenance standards remained the same. That said, we do love the place and truly believe it has great potential if the upkeep is improved.

The maintenance standards are very poor. The room was extremely dusty, and this issue extended to the entire property, including the lift. Watermarks and dust were visible in several areas. Basic amenities were lacking—no towels or bathroom mats were provided. The jug heater was unclean, and the refrigerator had an unpleasant odor. Overall, the cleanliness and upkeep were disappointing.
